Join us for a weekly class on classical Daoist cultivation arts. During this class, which is open only to PCOM students, faculty and alumni, we will continue our exploration of the Taiji Stick and Ruler Neigong (click here to read more about this system). In addition we will start learning Taiji Therapy, a system of movement therapy based on Chen Style silk reeling exercises. To read more about Taiji Therapy please click here.
